I love the Lubbock-Cooper Independent School District for the learning experiences. There's so many classes and electives to choose from, classes that help you get ready for college and electives that help you figure out if that's what you want to do as a future job! Although the classes are amazing and fun to learn in, one thing that would make it easier to learn is the attitude of students, sometimes I feel like kids are too caught up in the idea of freedom, they aren't able to be controlled and most teachers aren't allowed to do much except send them to the office. I believe the district might need a little more discipline but not too much to the point where classes aren't fun to learn in. Other than behavioral issues with students, the Lubbock-Cooper ISD is an amazing place to learn.

Lubbock Cooper High school is truly an amazing facility allowing kids to chase their dreams and build futures with great foundations; however, it lacks variety and diversity, leaving many kids to not fit into the social surroundings of the school.

My experience at Lubbock-Cooper High school has helped me in the process of gaining experience for future opportunities, learning how to apply for college, and getting more involved in my community. With endless resources used to further several areas of interests, Lubbock Cooper has introduced me to a few such as DECA, Spanish Club, LCHS Soccer, as well as volunteering opportunities. With constant development in LCISD alone, I believe that change is always a top priority to further our abilities and education. I would love to see more clubs and activities available, but thus far have loved my experience at Lubbock-Cooper High school.
