i am a former customer of Kwik kar. I came in to get my oil changed and the shop smelled like pot. I will not be back! I will not let pot smokers work on my car! And you should hav e all of your employees do a drug test before they get hurt or hurt someone else! more

There are many reasons to recommend this auto care shop. First, the staff are very friendly, they explain any issues your car is having in a way you can understand. Second, this is the most honest group of people I have ever met. I brought my van in for a problem I thought it was having, they found nothing, it was an overnight keep and they charged me nothing. Third, the quality of service by the mechanics is as good as I could ever imagine. I can travel after letting them do inspections and feel completely assured that I have had the best people doing the maintenance I need. I highly recommend this shop. more

I was in Nashville for school and my car stopped working on thursday evening of my week long trip. I had my car towed there and I called them first thing Friday morning. These wonderful people heard my plea for help since I live over 7 hours away and needed to get back on the road asap. Thankfully I just needed a new battery and they even replaced my tail light bulb. When I went to pick up my car, EVERYONE was top notch as far as efficiency, accuracy, and personality. A great group of people in there! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! more

We are from out of State. We went in for an oil change. All the guys were great. They were very helpful and enjoyable to be around. They were straight forward and honest. We were in and out quickly. Very happy. Would go there all the time if we were local!! more

I brought my vehicle in because it was overheating, they said it was running normally and I informed them that the temperature they were seeing was not at all normal for this vehicle. They insisted it was o.k. to drive and I made the mistake of trusting them. My engine was destroyed that evening from overheating. Do not trust these people. more

I have gone to a couple of different shops around the city, and this is by far the best! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted/assisted! The entire staff (including the mechanics) were very personable and professional. The service was extremely swift and I left feeling confident in the service I had just received. Kwik Kar is awesome as far as taking care of my wife's car, my car, and my company cars. I have close to fifteen vehicles and they service all of them. I run an electrical contracting company and during a break, I can send one of my guys there and Thomas will take care of things quickly.
