@comcastcares As you know, but apparently your phone-based customer service does not, from June to November, our cable was unwatchable. You promised it would be taken care of and a rebate extended. I was told that wasn’t possible. 1/2

And the Xfinity Comcast one is just yikes when using a normal tv remote. Slow to load even with mesh wifi, and while the UI is simple, it's not clear where certain functions are. :/

@comcastcares i can't even explain how angry I am right now. Called 1800 to cancel service (b/c can't do online). No option for callback when agent available. 25min and counting on hold. No est. of when agent will answer. Such a waste of my time.

@Xfinity internet is by far the worst company to use/ deal with. Because we are stuck at home. They charge us double our bill for "over usage". And never told us about it....and I have to use them because @ATT doesn't cover my area. So frustrating!!

I just returned all my cable/internet equipment from my old apartment in person at @Xfinity in the Christiana Mall and some of the equipment is showing up on the account even though it’s been returned & I asked to stop service at that address 🤔 @comcastcares
